Sebastian Uckermann, court-approved pension consultant for company pension schemes, is – in addition to his activities for the KENSTON GROUP® – 1st Chairman of the Bundesverband der Rechtsberater für betriebliche Altersversorgung und Zeitwertkonten e.V. (BRBZ/Federal Association).

Mr. Uckermann has around 20 years of management and implementation experience as chief operating officer, founder and owner of the KENSTON GROUP®.

In addition to overall group management, Mr. Uckermann’s main areas of activity are the structuring of outsourcing and the assumption of direct company pension obligations. Mr. Uckermann and the KENSTON GROUP® also act as investor, co-investor and partner for the financing of entrepreneurial sustainable investments.

Beyond that, Mr. Uckermann is author of numerous practical and scientific publications in the field of occupational pensions as well as the editor and author of a standard commentary on occupational pensions published by Beck-Verlag.

Furthermore, Mr. Uckermann is a recognized specialist lecturer for the legal, corporate and tax advisory professions in these subject areas.

Patrick Drees, graduated in business administration and court-approved pension consultant for company pension schemes,  is – in addition to his activities for the KENSTON GROUP® – member of the Board of Trustees of the BRBZ.

Mr. Drees has more than 13 years of management and implementation experience as chief operating officer and owner of the KENSTON GROUP®.

In addition, Mr. Stratmann is the author of numerous practical and scientific publications in the field of occupational pensions as well as the author of a standard commentary on occupational pensions published by Beck-Verlag.

Mr. Stratmann has more than 20 years of professional, leadership and implementation experience in the field of actuarial or actuarial support of national and international corporate client mandates.

In addition to actuarial expertise, Jan Stratmann’s main areas of activity are actuarial activities for pension and burial benefit funds. These activities include: Support with regard to annual financial statement work, preparation of actuarial reports on the asset situation, surplus analysis (if necessary with proposals for surplus distribution), revision of existing or preparation of new technical business plans, if necessary.

Mr. Stratmann is also a recognized expert lecturer in these subject areas.

Mr. Takil has more than 17 years of professional, leadership and implementation experience in actuarial or actuarial support of national and international corporate client mandates.

In addition to actuarial expertise, Hakan Takil’s main focus is on actuarial activities for pension and burial funds. Furthermore, Mr. Takil supports companies as well as pension and burial funds in the implementation, realization and optimization of remuneration and pension accounting processes.

Mr. Takil is also a recognized expert lecturer in these subject areas.

Marcus Schmidt, graduated in business administration,  is – in addition to his activities for the KENSTON GROUP® – member of the Board of Trustees of the BRBZ.

Mr. Schmidt has more than 25 years of professional, leadership and implementation experience as a management partner in the development and sustainable support of international sales and distribution processes.

The focus of Mr. Schmidt’s activities is on conceptual partner acquisition and support for the KENSTON GROUP®. Mr. Schmidt coordinates this business area through KENSTON Business GmbH.

 

Christiane Böhmer

Christiane Böhmer, graduate in business administration with a focus on production management and logistics, is – in addition to her activities for the KENSTON GROUP® – active as a Business Mediator (CoCl).

Ms. Böhmer has more than 22 years of professional, leadership and implementation experience as CEO in Executive Advisory & Management Services as well as strategy development and process consulting with national and international companies.

In addition to the conceptual development and management of the organizational and operational structure of companies, Ms. Böhmer’s activities focus on the selection and subsequent management of target companies as investment options for the KENSTON GROUP®. Ms. Böhmer leads this business area through KENSTON Business GmbH.

Ms. Böhmer is also certified as an intellectual capital statement facilitator (Frauenhofer Technology Academy) and in PRINCE2®.

 

Markus Kraetschmer

Markus Kraetschmer, Master of Business Administration, is – in addition to his activities for the KENSTON GROUP® – member of the Board of Trustees of the BRBZ.

Mr. Kraetschmer has more than 25 years of professional, management and implementation experience as a managing director and CEO in the areas of sports management, management consulting and strategy development. Among other things, he worked for an Austrian national soccer league club and simultaneous participant in the UEFA Champion League. Mr. Kraetschmer was also active as Austria’s representative in the ECA (European Club Association) and as a consultant for sports policy infrastructure and sustainability projects.

Mr. Kraetschmer’s activities focus on identifying, evaluating and implementing potential entrepreneurial investment options for the KENSTON GROUP® as well as complementary takeover opportunities. Mr. Kraetschmer coordinates this business area via KENSTON Business GmbH and, as part of his activities, also assumes management functions for national and international group companies and affiliated companies of the KENSTON GROUP®.

 

Katharina Eidler

Katharina Eidler, graduated in business administration and tax consultant, is – in addition to her activities for the KENSTON GROUP® – member of the Board of Trustees of the BRBZ

Mrs. Eidler has more than 18 years of professional, management and implementation experience in auditing and tax consulting, in investment management and as a board member of company pension associations.

Ms. Eidler’s main areas of activity are operational investment and investment management as well as group-wide accounting for the KENSTON GROUP®.

 

Nada Al Matrooshi

With over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, Nada Al Matrooshi is chief communications officer for the KENSTON GROUP® worldwide. With a bachelor’s degree in Applied Media Studies and Marketing, she has extensive expertise in media strategy and marketing, enabling her to take responsibility for innovative communications measures.

Over the course of her career to date, Ms. Al Matrooshi has acquired extensive expertise in the development and implementation of effective corporate communications strategies that promote brand growth, enhance the company’s market positioning and appeal to the required target groups. In her role as chief communications officer, Ms. Al Matrooshi is responsible for all internal and external communications of the KENSTON GROUP®, including public relations, media relations and digital strategy.

Working closely with the entire leadership team, Ms. Al Matrooshi ensures that communication efforts are aligned with KENSTON GROUP® business objectives while delivering a clear, cohesive and transparent brand message. Nada Al Matrooshi is passionate about innovation and is always one step ahead of industry trends to ensure that the KENSTON GROUP® remains a leader in strategic communications.

Ms. Al Matrooshi also performs management and leadership functions within the KENSTON GROUP® for the Dubai/UAE location.
